Our 30-Day “No Sweat” Return Policy

Changed your mind? No problem.

We get it—sometimes what looks perfect online doesn’t fit your dock setup. That’s why we offer a straightforward 30-day return window from the date your order arrives.

The Simple Rules:

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return your products, as long as they’re in original, unused condition. Please do not attempt to return used goods. If you are unsure whether your product(s) will be accepted for refund, email us current pictures of your product(s) and we will assist you with a remote acceptance, and any assistance you need with preparing, boxing and shipping your product(s) back to us.

You handle return shipping. Need a shipping label? Email returns@pilepad.com and we’ll create one for you. Just know that shipping costs get deducted from your refund—that’s just how the math works.

We move fast. Once we receive your returned items, we’ll start processing your refund. Although we move fast, the refund process can take between 2-7 days, depending when your return shipment is received. Your bank or credit card company might take up to 5 additional days to show the money back in your account.

What Doesn’t Qualify

  • Items that have been installed or used

  • Products damaged by anything other than shipping

  • Items marked as FINAL SALE at purchase

  • Custom or special-order products (like PolePads made to your measurements)
