All PilePad products purchased new from PilePad.com or an authorized dealer are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty covers material defects and seam or stitching failure that occur under normal, intended use.

Please note the following exclusions:

• Color fading due to UV exposure
• Punctures, rips, or tears caused by external objects or improper use
• Any product labeled as FINAL SALE at time of purchase (these items are sold without warranty coverage)

The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. It does not cover labor, installation, or shipping costs related to any warranty claim. Customers are responsible for the regular care, cleaning, and maintenance of their PilePad products.

To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide a valid copy of your original invoice showing the purchase date. Please email clear, detailed photos of the issue to: Warranty@PilePad.com.

Most orders placed before 3pm EST will be shipped out next business day, pending inventory availability. PilePad.com can only process orders shipping within the continental United States. Orders originate from Florida. For international shipments, contact us through Sales@PilePad.com. If an order is placed for an item out of stock, you will be contacted by our team with an estimated delivery timeframe and given an opportunity for refund if the fulfillment time is not to your expectation.

We get it—sometimes what looks perfect online doesn't fit your dock setup. That's why we offer a straightforward 30-day return window from the date your order arrives.

The Simple Rules

You've got 30 days from delivery to return your PilePads, as long as they're in original, unused condition. Basically, if you haven't strapped them to a piling yet, you're good to go.

You handle return shipping. Need a shipping label? Email returns@pilepad.com and we'll create one for you. Just know that shipping costs get deducted from your refund—that's just how the math works.

We move fast. Once we receive your returned items, we'll process your refund within 2 business days. Your bank or credit card company might take up to 5 additional days to show the money back in your account (that's on them, not us).

What Doesn't Qualify

• Items that have been installed or used
• Products damaged by anything other than shipping
• Items marked as FINAL SALE at purchase
• Custom or special-order products (like PolePads made to your measurements)
