We get it—sometimes what looks perfect online doesn’t fit your dock setup. That’s why we offer a straightforward 30-day return window from the date your order arrives.
The Simple Rules:
You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return your PilePads, as long as they’re in original, unused condition. Basically, if you haven’t strapped them to a piling yet, you’re good to go.
You handle return shipping. Need a shipping label? Email returns@pilepad.com and we’ll create one for you. Just know that shipping costs get deducted from your refund—that’s just how the math works.
We move fast. Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days. Your bank or credit card company might take up to 5 additional days to show the money back in your account (that’s on them, not us).
What Doesn’t Qualify
Items that have been installed or used
Products damaged by anything other than shipping
Items marked as FINAL SALE at purchase
Custom or special-order products (like PolePads made to your measurements)
